Membership

Membership is open to all alumni and those directly affiliated with Stanford including students, faculty, staff, parents of alumni or students, and spouses of alumni or students.

Only accredited investors will be eligible to participate in solicitations or investments. Non-accredited investors may participate in SA&E educational events and programs, but may not invest funds through SA&E. To learn more about accredited investor requirements, visit the SEC website's description of Rule D, Section 501 concerning standards for eligibility.

The annual membership fee is $100.

To join Stanford Angels & Entrepreneurs, apply for membership through Stanford's Alumni Portal. Click here to access SA&E's Stanford Alumni Association Group and to sign up. Membership fee is due on registration and payable online by credit card.
